IMPORTANT: IF YOU WERE NOT ABLE TO GAIN ACCESS TO SATURDAY’S EVENT PLEASE REQUEST A REFUND VIA EVENTBRITE, OR PAYPAL (depending on how you paid) .

FOR CLARITY IF YOUR TICKET WAS SCANNED FOR ACCESS WE WILL NOT BE OFFERING ANY REFUND.

IMPORTANT: Refund claims must be submitted within 14 days of the date of your ticket.

Partial refunds via PayPal.  Why am I receiving notifications about this? : As part of the dispute resolution process for PayPal, when a refund request is made, the funds associated with the request are held by PayPal, but a portion of these funds appear in both the Buyer and Sellers’s PayPal account until the dispute has been resolved.  Neither the buyer nor the seller has access to these funds until agreement has been reached by the Buyer and Seller (Within 20 Days). Beyond 20 Days an unresolved dispute moves to a ‘Claim’ which is asking PayPal to decide the outcome of the refund claim.

It is for this reason, you may receive an email or see funds related to the GamerCon ticket transaction being ‘Partially refunded’.

Refund process: To ensure that we have an auditable refund process that both we (as the Seller) and you (as the Buyer) can refer to for progress of any refund claim we are reviewing all refund requests via EventBrite or Paypal (Purchase dependent).  EVERY CLAIM MUST STATE THE ORDER NUMBER associated with the purchase of your GamerCon ticket.

Please note we cannot accept refund requests via social media, or email.  Please do not submit your claim via these channels.  Following this process above will result in your refund claim being processed more efficiently.
